Ferret Necromancer

1. Session 1. Mendalaive emerges from the shadows near the end of the session, as the party finishes off a group of Kay and the knight Culpa. Asks the adventurers to spare the Knight in Living Armor Culpa, saying that the knight is misguided and that he wishes to spare him from a terrible fate. He produces a Deck of Many Things, forces the Skull card to the front, and offers it for the defeated knight to choose. Culpa takes the card, his soul being severed by the avatar of Death summoned. Mendalaive takes a moment to make comments to specific members of the party, before disappearing back into the shadows.
