Kessel Depot

Nestled closer to the border between the Kessel Hills and the plains to the north, Kessel Depot serves as the main stop between the Kessel Hills 15 miles to the south and Hollowspell, Deadrest, Steelford, and the Lenten Woods to the north.

It is a lawless place, with no solid leadership structure. The city sprawls outwards with many clusters of buildings, each as self-sufficient as they can be, and livestock can be found within almost every one of these clusters. The center of the town is the inn, which was the first building created, with the town growing around it. Competitor inns have begun to be constructed on the north side.

The Kessel Hills are extremely fertile, and Kessel Depot has cultivated a thriving hay trade, one of the largest industries in the area. One of the others is the slave trade, primarily coming from captured Kessel Gnolls from the Kessel Hills.
